Ingredients:
Parsnips
Carrots
Sweet Potatoes
Beetroots
Vegetable Oil, for deep frying
Sea Salt
Method:
1. Peel (optional) and thinly slice the vegetables.
2. Heat oil in a deep pot, until it reaches 180C.
3. Working in small batches, fry the root vegetables until light gold and crisp.
4. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
