Bror came by a few days ago and I made him his favorite dish, Baked Pork Chops with Rice (焗豬扒飯), and Cantonese-style Roast Duck. My first attempt making Roast Duck and it was really fun preparing the duck.
It has been a while now since I cooked for Bror, it's always nice having him around. He sure knows how to make his sister laugh.
