Save Your Dough

Every time I make egg tarts, there is always dough left. And I never know what to do with it, usually I would throw the left over dough and it's such a waste. Hence I put the leftover, from last time I made egg tarts, in a plastic bag and placed it in the freezer, for later use.
And today I decided to try it out, and made an apple pie. There was just enough dough for my 12 cm cake pan. A mini pie for two!
